Nice but dissapointing

The location was good, walking distance to the beach. Yje room was spacious. large car park.

Am sorry to say some of the service was poor. We arrived in the afternoon and decided to have a snack. There was a half empty tray of French fries and two pieces of toast. The coffee machine di not work, because the was no display, so we could not see the menu. In the morning most of the food was cold, If you don't eat pork (which we don't ) there was np other meat. We came down around 9am, there was no black tea left. The TV in the room had greek , polish and russian programs.

Hotel good ,staff rude ,cleaners not doing their job right

Lift were dated no more than three allowed in the lift at one time cleaning was basic never had a cover on the quilt no pillow cases bed making was throw the quilt over never cleaned my balcony . never smiled hotel ok but staff need to learn people skills

Pleasent, but needs some upkeep

Overall good performance for the money spent, Good location, decent food choice, decent choice of drinks at the bar, decent pool.

Very old elevators and got stuck in one of them and even experienced a drop!. The attitude of some of the bar staff was very rude, some of the staff were exactly opposite: kind. I could tell the foods in the buffet repeated themselves on the second day

The location and views.

Very little entertainment. It was scheduled for daily activities and evening entertainment but this didn't take place a lot of the time. Service at swim up pool bar was poor.

Could be easily fixed.

Rooms were clean and spacious.

The pool area was absolutely filthy. The edge of the pool hadn’t been cleaned for that long it was greasy and slimy (algae). The staff didn’t clean the area and plastic was left everywhere for most of the day. There was sand all over the bottom of the pool and some of the metal steps into the pool we’re not connected properly. Some of the bar staff looked like they would rather be elsewhere. The food was ok, but nothing more.

Upset, disgusted and completely let down by this hotel. Would not recommend even if there was no alt

Nothing. I am absolutely disgusted with the property, the customer service we received and the lack of car and compassion

Greeting was less than satisfactory. We were given a key and a piece of paper with meal times on as the receptionist moved onto the next customer.we looked around and eventually found the lift to our room. 2. Entered dark and smelly room 123. Smelt very much of damp. 3. Turned the aircon on in room 123 and the noise sounded clunky and extremely loud. 4. Complained to reception and were told that they didn't have anymore rooms free. I said it will be impossible sleep with the noise. If we opened the window and turned the aircon off we would be woken by the bar that was directly below us. 5. Reluctantly we were given a key to another room. This was after were told we could not speak to a manager or a person in charge as there was no-one there. 6. Entered room, it was bright and larger than the first. This on the face seemed fine. My partner went to reception and said that we would stay in that room. 7. Lifted sheet back to have a lie down and found blonde hair in the bed. I understand that when housekeeping make beds occasionally hair can get into a bed and it does not necessarily mean it is from another customer. I moved the hair and led down. 8. When my head touched the pillow I could smell perfume. This was not the same smell as the rest of the sheets. I found more hair and was quite upset. 9. I used the bathroom and as I sat down I noticed a hairband filled with hair on the sink. 10. I moved the shower curtain to have a look in the shower and found the cap from a razor. 11. My partner said that he didn't want to tell me but has noticed marks on the bottom sheet/vallance. When unlocked it was on all sides of the bed and appeared not to.have been changed or cleaned for some time. It actually looked like sick. I got upset at this point because we had got married a few days before. Our wedding guests had gone home and my mother was looking after our young child.

Old and surely not a 3 star

Upgraded to a bigger room, because a/c in initial room was noisier than a tractor.

The loud a/c, uncomfortable beds, very old furnishing, bathroom didn’t feel clean, initial room did not accommodate 3 people as paid for, safe deposit box lost our access after they moved us to another room.
