The location and views.
Very little entertainment. It was scheduled for daily activities and evening entertainment but this didn't take place a lot of the time. Service at swim up pool bar was poor.

Could be easily fixed.
Rooms were clean and spacious.
The pool area was absolutely filthy. The edge of the pool hadn’t been cleaned for that long it was greasy and slimy (algae). The staff didn’t clean the area and plastic was left everywhere for most of the day. There was sand all over the bottom of the pool and some of the metal steps into the pool we’re not connected properly. Some of the bar staff looked like they would rather be elsewhere. The food was ok, but nothing more.

Nothing. I am absolutely disgusted with the property, the customer service we received and the lack of car and compassion
Greeting was less than satisfactory. We were given a key and a piece of paper with meal times on as the receptionist moved onto the next customer.we looked around and eventually found the lift to our room. 2. Entered dark and smelly room 123. Smelt very much of damp. 3. Turned the aircon on in room 123 and the noise sounded clunky and extremely loud. 4. Complained to reception and were told that they didn't have anymore rooms free. I said it will be impossible sleep with the noise. If we opened the window and turned the aircon off we would be woken by the bar that was directly below us. 5. Reluctantly we were given a key to another room. This was after were told we could not speak to a manager or a person in charge as there was no-one there. 6. Entered room, it was bright and larger than the first. This on the face seemed fine. My partner went to reception and said that we would stay in that room. 7. Lifted sheet back to have a lie down and found blonde hair in the bed. I understand that when housekeeping make beds occasionally hair can get into a bed and it does not necessarily mean it is from another customer. I moved the hair and led down. 8. When my head touched the pillow I could smell perfume. This was not the same smell as the rest of the sheets. I found more hair and was quite upset. 9. I used the bathroom and as I sat down I noticed a hairband filled with hair on the sink. 10. I moved the shower curtain to have a look in the shower and found the cap from a razor. 11. My partner said that he didn't want to tell me but has noticed marks on the bottom sheet/vallance. When unlocked it was on all sides of the bed and appeared not to.have been changed or cleaned for some time. It actually looked like sick. I got upset at this point because we had got married a few days before. Our wedding guests had gone home and my mother was looking after our young child.

Old and surely not a 3 star
Upgraded to a bigger room, because a/c in initial room was noisier than a tractor.
The loud a/c, uncomfortable beds, very old furnishing, bathroom didn’t feel clean, initial room did not accommodate 3 people as paid for, safe deposit box lost our access after they moved us to another room.
